The client and practitioner have a shared goal of achieving structural changes within the body, generally through a series of regular massages. A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Trigger Point Therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage therapy has an emphasis on working the inner tissues and deep muscle layers. It is performed by applying a firm stress on the muscles, in an attempt to reach the deepest layers of muscles and the connective tissues around them. This massage is best suited for relieving chronic pain muscle tension, joint ache and sore shoulders.
